Hello, 

i have two sites (dev and prod on the same shared hosting) and on the dev page when i upload documents on blog content type it works ok, but when i try to do the same on prod site i get a blank page (media popup) but when i check the ftp files folder i see that the file is already uploaded but not showing.

and i cannot get the files uploaded
