We are trying to upgrade the slider but after replacing the code, it doesn't seem to want to go through the drupal upgrade process.
The slider administration has also gone non-responsive (ie we can not make any changes.

Hi,
Could you tell us which error appeared when you updated? Maybe it came from other modules in your site. Also, please send us your site url so we can check resposive problem of slider.
We check and can see it works well now. When running update.php, only changes in database make system to give update notices but changes in code do not.
We tried to add block MD Slider: Home Slider Beta to your site and it works well. Could you describe your problem in detail?
