Hi,

Please check your block footer to see how to build webform for footer. By default, we have demo content for footer but it seems you deleted.

by mistake i put in title of post "footer with contact form" but the print that i put is related to subscribe newsletter

made the changes in blocks, like in preview post, but i do not see the field to insert email adress
