1 - We check but can not see. Could you point out where they are? Also, did they appear after you make any customization/ configuration?

2 - The link you sent to us is view load more and it only display a number of images by default. If users have too many images, site will take time to load and view load more will help them avoid this case by loading more images when you scroll site down.
If you would like to disable please go to /Admin/Structure/Views/View/Portfolio_space/Edit and edit/change display mode at "PAGER".
3 - Please set js of Alternate jQuery version for administrative pages in admin/config/development/jquery_update to 1.5 also.
4 - Please go to setting of menu and uncheck "Enable mega menu for this item". We did already.

About lightbox error:
Problem comes from module lighbox2. You can go to admin/config/user-interface/lightbox2, and select tab PAGE SPECIFIC LIGHTBOX2 SETTINGS to customise settings for page which uses lighbox.
We highly recommend only enabling for page using lighbox because lightbox will add file jquery to all pages by default and it is no good for site performance.
