I just can't make it work that my white Logo Image (that appears on menu hight, top left corner) changes to a black logo when I scroll down the page and the white menu bar appears.
How can I change that?

It would be the black logo that appears when scrolling down and the white menu bar pops up. I managed to change the white one in Theme settings - Logo Image.

1. Please go to sites/all/themes/md_hero.
2. You will see an image named logo_alt.png
3. Delete that image file then copy your 2nd logo into that folder. This image is in .png format.
4. Rename it to logo_alt.
5. Clear Drupal and browser cache.
