I would like to add more product options about size.
At the moment i can only select one option.
Example:

About the size i would like to see all these options:
Unisex, Man, Woman
so the customer can choose what he likes more.

In the Taxonomy page of your site(http://www.lorddandy.it/admin/structure/taxonomy/product_size). There are 3 taxonomy items(Femmina, Maschio and Unisex). However, in the product detail edit screen I see that you only select Unisex for all items. See the picture below
And if you want to add more size option for that product you can add more item option by click the button Aggiungi un nuovo prodotto/Add new Product button, choose other Size. See the picture below

thank you for your response, but I need to have available all the size per each product ref. Now I can select only a type size, because the field settings allows me to add only a size. If I change the value of field settings to "no limits", I could achieve my purpose but I don't see the different size anymore in the node product, it doesn't work.

Hello,
You need to create different product item for different size because one size has one price. If you change the Size option to NO LIMIT the system cannot calculate the price when you change size on the frontpage.
