I've installed the the folders themes, modules, and libraries. Enable the theme in Drupal. All modules show but I cannot upload files, private, and tmp folders to Drupal. They aren't under default folder in the folders I downloaded. My page shows no content but the title.

Please install theme by extracting downloaded zip file then run installation profile (please take a look at documention for detail).
About updating folder system: please send us your site url, admin account and FTP account by private comment, we would like to check setting permission in your site.

Hi,
You should install profile to get the site exactly as our demo with full content. You just extracted and copied our theme and module folder. Thus why there is no sample template and you would have to build content demo from the begining, which would takes a lot of time and effort
