I have another issue which i cant fix myself. When I make a new block which shows content or some forms on my homepage, I cant place classes in them like: col-sm-4 block animated fadeInRight. Could you please help me with it ?

Please tak a look at module https://www.drupal.org/project/block_class. When using this module, in block configuration will have a field to add class.

Install it in your site, enable the module, go to configure block you can see option to add class
Well, actually it is possible to add a class in drupal to set it in the maintain div. But you're theme blocks this possibility even I add this col class in the theme files. At this moment fixed it with pure CSS. But thanks for the tip, i'll check this out for a time.
