When I try to edit custom HTML in the AweContent object window, the mouse cursor doesn't match with the typing start point. It makes it extremely difficult to edit custom HTML.

Another method that you can use is using the CUSTOM BLOCK in Drupal. Go to Structure -> Blocks, adding new custom block which contains HTML tags. Then adding it into the Awecontent.
