Our themes and extensions support is only exclusive to MegaDrupal members. We dedicate ourselves to help you get the most out of our themes and extensions.
There are various support departments, which you can access if you are a member of MegaDrupal. Access to our Support Forum, Theme Documentation and if thats not enough, simply contact us, that is only if you haven't already found a solution to your support query. In some occassions, you'll have server issues that we don't have any control with. In those cases, you need to contact the web host provider that you use on your website
