I have still problems with the maintenance mode, I have set the following page as temp homepage:

But I receive the maintenance mode code. I switched off the template maintenance because I don't want this.
How can I set https://www.ff-vital.com/home-forcefactory as the temporary homepage?

We check site but it seems to display another maintenance template but not default one. Is it your own template?

If you would not like to use default maintenace page of theme, please use awecontent to create a new node, build a maintenace page then view source that page and copy all code to file file sites/all/themes/md_make/templates/page/maintenance-page.tpl.php.
Our developer also made example for you.
I see, but now I see some blocks visible which have role settings. See the block: Toegang tot cursus, Links weekmenu's, Aangekochte orders afvallen voor 40 plussers and Ontvangen Intakeformulieren. These blocs have role settings, only visible for administrator or customer.
What has he done?

As my comment above, you can go to file sites/all/themes/md_make/templates/page/maintenance-page.tpl.php to check what our developer did and make any change/ customization also.

No I have set the website live for the live test, I cannot see the checkout button on mobile, iPhone or Android.
What can this be?
