Hello, when I try to add a new top level menu item, nothing happens. When I click on the "Add new item" link on the top I get the pop up form, but once I fill the fields and click "Add", It doesn't do anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Could you send us your site url and admin account by private comment? We would like to have a check in your site. If it is possible, you also can send us your FTP account, our developer will fix problem for you.
Please configure in jquery_update (admin/config/development/jquery_update) and set jquery admin to version 1.4.4 (Default (provided by Drupal)) then check if it works.
On the other hand, if you do not send us your site admin account and FTP account so we can not support problem better.
