We would like to recommend you can please use cPanel and upload files with FILE MANAGER instead of Filezilla.
We uploaded md_hillter_install_profile in new subdomian with new database. we updated all old modules (besides the media module, which causes problems with updated version). Next we changed the subtitle of one panel and follwing error appears when running setup.exe

So error seems to be caused just by updating contributed moduls.
We are afraid of loosing even more time to work with non updateable theme . We must be scared each time to update modules or core You must consider that theme md_hillter is not working properly. One month support is already passed by, we getting late with project.
Can you please send us your cPanel account? We will set up and update theme for you.

after updating to drupal 7.51 site is not availble at all. Any idea? We updated modules as well.

.htaccess permission ok. replaced and seems to be not corrupted.
So please contact your hosting provider or revert to drupal 7.50.
