Hello There, Last night i purchased the Hilter theme for my website www.touristsafari.com , its up and running website with some data Content types and lots of pages. I want to update the default theme to Hillter.  I am trying to do it on test site http://www.touristsafari.com/test/. I followed the instruction manual, but at the time of installing modules, i am not getting the option to enable Hillter Features module and admin/structure/features is also not there under Structure. I want the look and fill of my site exactly as given on the demo site http://demo.megadrupal.com/d7/md-hillter/

I have installed a test

Please help me out.

Thanks and Regards,

If you would like to install theme manually so it can not be same as demo for all. After installing, you will have contentypes, views, blocks like demo but need to create contents, block contents and assigning block to regions by yourself.

Only by installing profile, your site will be as same as demo.

Ok, I have my site structure ready and working on main domain - http://www.touristsafari.com/, I want to impliment Hillter theme on same site structure.

But i want to retain the looks same as given on theme's demo site. Please tell me how i can achive that goal. Whatever changes i need to do i will do them. Just content types and fields will remain same. Blocks can be deleted or added.

Could you check your test site again? There is js error so if we try to access homepage, site keeps preloading and login page has "Page not found" error.

Hello Keshav,

The error is shown because the Panels module is not enabled. I changed the default theme to Bartik to avoid error. After you install all modules you can enable HILLTER theme. Please read the following notes to install theme + features into your existing drupal site. You can skip the note that you have already done:

1. When you download the package from Envato there's a folder named MANUAL INSTALL. This folder includes feature_hillter.zip, fontello.zip, libraries.zip, md_hillter-7.x-2.0.zip and modules.zip.

2. Extract modules.zip and upload all modules into sites/all/modules/contrib. Then enable all of the modules that you have uploaded.

3. Download the FEATURE module from https://www.drupal.org/project/features. Then upload it into sites/all/modules/contrib and enable it.

4. Extract feature_hillter.zip and upload it into sites/all/modules/custom. Then enable it. Note: this module needs all of the modules in step 2 enabled.

5. Extract md_hillter-7.x-2.0.zip and upload it into sites/all/themes.

6. Extract libraries.zip and upload it into sites/all/libraries.

7. Enable md_hillter theme.

The above notes are all the steps to install a theme manually.

Thank you!

Hello,

I go to this link: http://www.touristsafari.com/test/?q=user. But it shows the error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function panels_get_current_page_display() in /home/content/55/10161255/html/Touristsafari/test/sites/all/themes/md_hillter/templates/pages/page.tpl.php on line 61

This means that you have not enabled the PANEL module yet. On this page: http://www.touristsafari.com/test/, I'm using the console window of Chrome and I see some javascript error related to the jQuery library. I guess that you did not enable Jquey_update module, too.

Please see this video about installing a profile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9sScpIcO7E

Thanks!

Hello,

Your theme is ready. However, you need to input content, create pages.... In our demo, we use panel to create custom pages such as homepage.

Thanks!

Sorry for our late reply.

We are having some projects so there is not any developer available for customization services at the moment. Hope we can serve next time :)
