Need helps for the modification of 'bootstrap.min.css'

Hi

we need Help to edit the file 'bootstrap.min.css'located in the folder : site/all/themes/md_ethereal/css/. We need to change the color and the position of some elements.
What is the editor which can help us to modify the css of the theme Ethereal ?
we have tried to edit the file bootstrap.min.css with the editors : 'aptana studio'and 'dreamweaver'. we see pell-mell css codes,Our need is to help us to find the good editor to modify the Css files.
