When page refreshes or switching away from the home page to say the team member page the unstyled menu shows briefly on the left below the logo.
It does this on your demo too.

Un-styled menu shows briefly
Hi,
+ Open file page--front.tpl.php, go to the bottom of the file and cut this code:
+ Then go to the top of the file and paste it.
+ Save and Clear cache.
Am I missing something - what code to cut and then repaste?
I guess you mean:

Which I moved to top of page above the header and seams to correct the issue.
