I'd like to change/remove some blocks on the frontpage. The documentation states the theme uses Panels, but it seems it is not using it at all. If I manually remove a block, all the frontpage gets messed up. Could you let me know how to proceed on removing blocks on the frontpage?

In Birva theme, there are some blocks that are inside other blocks' HTML so that the background image would display beautifully
Could you explain more which block do you want to remove?
