in maintenance mode no page is displayed, just a blank page. Changing the settings / appearance / settings / md_avendor changes nothing.

Are your maintenance mode not working or any problem more? And if problem occurs with your MD Make theme, please post at http://megadrupal.com/forum/theme-support/make. We also check your site and it is under construction now, template maintenance also works well. You can take a look at file in /www/sites/all/themes/md_make/templates/page - file maintenance-page.tpl.php. Our developer tried to customize by adding text too.
About unstable template, most customers are not experiencing problems exiting in your site. Depend on each situation, there may be various problems that we also can not expect. So we would like to help customers fix problems. If you mentioned another at http://megadrupal.com/forum/theme-support/make/2858, we would like to reply later because our developer are still working on it.

I always use an own page as maintenance page and set it as homepage, this page was working, until yesterday. In site information, I use http://www.ff-vital.com/home as temporary homepage and not the maintenance page from the template. When I am logged out, I see the maintenance template in stead of my page.
I only want to disable the maintenance page from the template. How can I do that?

Also, you can go to sites\all\themes\md_make\templates\page, file maintenance-page.tpl.php to customize default maintenance template.
