Hi,
I've started to configure our site using MD Alpine. Now ive got sliders and stuff set up i want to start styling which involved installing the subtheme.
What i'm hoping to do is to back the main theme, including the paralaxs etc and then restore this to my subtheme.
can you let me know how i can do this?
thanks

hi, cindy. too bad about not being able to tranfer my subtheme settings but i can move across manually so shouldnt be too bad to fix.
Regarding the subtheme- you sent me one by email which i have installed. It seems that when switching to my subtheme it doesnt read in the subtheme css or give me anywhere to add additional javascript. Can you explain the correct structure of this subtheme so i can get my styles in?
thanks

My subtheme follows the attached structure. The issue i am having is that the theme is not picking up my style sheet not does it give me anywhere to put my javascript files. We're not in a production environment so cant supply you any ftp access.

What is in your file info?
Did you import file css? If not, you can take a look here: https://www.drupal.org/node/171209
In subtheme, only defaul file css of parent theme is added
If you want to use subtheme css in subtheme, you need to add

no need to reply to this. i was assuming the theme would serve the css from its css/ directory which wasnt the case so i have corrected the path to
stylesheets[all][] =css/the401challenge_custom.css
