PDOException with Features export

We are experiencing the problem outlined here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2416907

This is due to the md_slider_features_api() function declaring the wrong default_hook (it should not be set to "install"). This causes a failure on features export. Disabling line 485 in md_slider.module fixes the problem. Please update that hook to use an acceptable value for default_hook.

If by "next version" you meant 2.19, then I am disappoint:

As of version 2.23, this bug is not yet fixed.
