Is it possible to make the sticky menu bar hidden by default and only display the button to show it? I would like to have a clean header with only the menu icon (like it is typical on mobile devices) even on desktop screens. Would be great...

Sorry, our module has not supported this function yet
We only have option responsive menu if you want to use mobile menu all the time (you can change Responsive width - 200px - in tab Responsive setting in config tab)
