I am both a Drupal and Wordpress web designer and recently purchased the Wordpress Megaslider from codecanyon. However I cannot access the WordPress support area:

I cannot login with my credentials that I'm using to post this message, and any attempt to sign up for a new account tells me that my email address is invalid (which it certainly isn't).
Can you please fix this or help me to get registered please!

We just checked on http://html.megadrupal.com/forum/plugin-support/mega-slider and could see you had login name as WWWebbers with the same email in megadrupal. So please login with user name WWWebbers and if you do not remember password, please request new password or we can create one then send it to you through email.

Yes, I had multiple attempts to create a login on that forum but all failed. Somehow it looks like one succeeded in the background .... even though it still told me that it failed.
However, resetting my password has worked and I'm now in.
