When will I get my theme?

Upon payment, you will get a link to download theme package immediately. You will also receive the same link in an email and under your account on our site. It comes with the instruction for you to download a package which consists of the source codes of the purchased theme, Photoshop source files, and a demo site (install profile) to help you install the theme.

Do you offer a refund?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased products, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. You will have 30 days to try out the product and make sure that it fits your needs.

What Payment options do you offer?

Currently, we only offer payment through PayPal. PayPal allows you to use various creditcard options without having to sign up to PayPal. If you have any other questions about our payment-options, please contact us.

Is it possible to upgrade to membership if I just buy the Standard Package?

Yes it is. If you decide later that you would like to upgrade your theme package or subscription, simply purchase the new version and we will refund your original purchase once we get the transaction of the new version completed. Contact us for more details.

What version of Drupal that MegaDrupal's themes support?

At the moment, MegaDrupal themes are built for Drupal version 7.x

I downloaded my theme. What do I do now?

You can go to themes documentation to know how to install and use your theme. You can also use install profile to get your site ready in 5 minutes.

I am having some problems viewing the theme properly. What do I do?

If it's a theme issue we will be more than happy to help you. Just write to our support mail (support@megadrupal.com) or post your problem on our forum.

I am having trouble configuring some Drupal options.

If it's not a theme issue we can't assure you'll have the support from us. We are very busy with the themes issues that our customers have. Or you can check the Drupal official site

What is a Single Pack?

Single Pack allows you to buy one theme. Single Pack costs $39.00 US dollars per theme.

What is a Membership (Club) License / Subscription?

Membership License / Subscription gives you access to all our past themes and plus the one's released over the course of your membership subscription. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club.

What is included in the package?

All our theme packages are a complete solution, this includes PSD files, drupal theme, and install profile.

My website is in a different language? Is that okay?

Yes! All our templates can easily be customized to your language. Things you would need to change are the images which can be edited using our PSD files. PSD files are opened with Photoshop.

What browsers are your Drupal themes compatible with?

Although we don't give any guarantee on browser compatibility, all our themes are tested thoroughly in all these major browsers like:
- Firefox 3.x
- Internet Explorer 7+
- Opera 9.x
- Safari
- Google Chrome

Can I remove the credit links Designed by MegaDrupal.com?

Yes, you are allowed to remove the credit links. Keep in mind that we do not allow Designed by Myself that is if you havent done major changes on your own to the design (which you are fully allowed to).

Am I able to change/modify the themes in any way?

Our themes were created for development - this means that images, colors, fonts, layouts and anything else related to the design of our themes can be changed or modified.

Can I resell, reproduce or distribute your themes to others?

No, you cannot resell the template as is. You cannot resell the customized template as a template but you may sell it as a project to your client (see Terms of service for more details).

Do I get theme updates for new versions of Drupal?

Yes, of course!
