I would like to keep the order of images showing on the slideshow static. i.e., it should not change when I add more photo-albums. Is there a way to do so?
Also, the Mouse click on Novio-slider is not taking me to the corresponding album. Any suggestions?

You can change order of images by edit views slideshow (go to Structure » Views » Edit slideshow). On block Nivo Slider, you can change sort criteria to post date: asc

I will wait for the update. There is one more problem I am having. When I add a new phot album, the first image is supposed to be seen in the side bar block and on the page "/photo-albums". The side bar is updated properly and I see the first image. However, I do not see the image appear on the photo-albums page. It just shows the link to the album and not the first image. Can you try it on your installation to see if you have any problems with it?

You can update theme now, just replace all files with new theme files. You need update views: http://support.megadrupal.com/forum/theme-support/md-wedding/54
If your image not appear, try to chmod files folder (sites/default/files) to 0777, try with sub folders in files too

I did not do chmod 777 to the folder. I feel that is unsafe, and also the problem of image not showing up happens with just one image. Three other images show up just fine. Here is what the log says. Do you have any other idea about the problems? Can you try creating a new phot album on your demo installation and see if you have any problems?
PS: Somehow the image below is not showing up in the forum. Let me know if you are able to see the screen grab or not.

If you had 3 other images show up, try to remove problem image and upload other. I created new photoalbum and it works fine.

You have to upload image in file attachments, it doesn't work if you drag & drop to web editor.
