You need to enable Auto play option first then you can see Transition Speed
I can set the Speed-option, but it chages nothing.
You can see it here - the Speed is set to 8000, but act's as if it was set to 4000. http://socialtrading.npinvestor.com/

Please open file application.js in folder sites\all\themes\md_make\js
and replace:
.owl-carousel:not(.manual)
with:
.owl-carousel:not(.manual, .image-slide-show)
