Top Menu Cart Icon Missing

After installed and disable MD Hosoren: Social Footer : Are you like me blocks. All products Add to cart, Wishlist and Quickview button missing.

Please advice how to remove the block and prevent this issue?

For the website url I have send you email earlier on.
