For the map problem, please open html.preprocess.inc file(sites/all/themes/md_hillter/inc/front), then replace

drupal_add_js("https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&signed_in=true");

by

drupal_add_js("https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyDwtb7cR_XBPEvxtQ_Yq3_x...");

If you would like to use module gmap drupal so please remove "map built in". We can not use both of them at the same time.
