I've been struggling with creating workable links from one section to another of this design.

For instance, I want to link from a document under Services to a document under Portfolio, and load the page using the same window/tab (or _parent). I cannot get this to work. if using the full link, i.e. http://domainname.com/#cbp=/md-portfolio/loadcontent/full/(nodenumber) the link is visible in the url field but page does not load without hitting enter.

Using variables , i.e. /#cbp=/md-portfolio/loadcontent/full/(nodenumber) produces the same result.

The string /#cbp=/md-portfolio/loadcontent/full/ appears required to load the design or context of the design/view. I would like to be able to link various documents across the different sections, without opening a new window or tab. That means, creating local links between for instance Services/Portfolio and back, or any other section/view or panel that is used. 

What is the correct way of doing it? Thanks & Rgds
