Skill percentages problem

Hello,

I have set to 100 the value of the fields "Skill Percent" at Parallax 1 section (all three of them) but, in a random sequence, the site displays 99%, 99%, 99% or -121%, -122%, -122% or -4411%, -4420%, -4422% or -77608%, -77612%, -77616%, ... etc.
