What is the best way to perform the Drupal Core 7.35 update for MD Alpine after using the installation profile? My site is up and I have never had to do a Drupal Core Update.

If you use FTP, just download version 7.35 and override the old one
If you use SSH and Drush is installed in your server, you can run drush up
